All Austrian coins from 1740 onwards and banknotes from 1759 onwards are recorded, valued and illustrated in color. The coin catalog contains all coins from the period of Emperor Franz I Stephan onwards, including errors, specimens and special features as well as Austrian banknotes including the issues of the federal provinces from 1918 to 1921 and emergency money issues of the individual places. The extensive chapter on Maria Theresa has been expanded to include the copper coins and will continue to be successively expanded in future editions. The work therefore includes the issues of the Empire, the crown and schilling currency of the First and Second Republics, Austria in the Third Reich, the euro currency with the circulation coins of all euro countries and the euro commemorative coins (including the new 1.50 euro and 3 euro special commemorative coins) for Austria as well as the Austrian numismatic letters. In addition, all Austrian zero euro bills (souvenir bills) are listed, valued and illustrated.
